FAQ
Is there a minimum order?
There is no platform minimum. Each supplier sets its own MOQ on the listing, and because we combine orders from several suppliers, smaller orders can still ship at a sensible cost.
Do I deal with the supplier directly?
Yes. You buy from the supplier's own listing and can message them. Messages are translated between English and Chinese. Payment goes through Find Products To Sell.
What does inspection cover, and what does it cost?
You choose an inspection level at checkout. Our inspection partners QIMA and V-Trust check your goods against the listing and your spec.
What happens if goods fail inspection?
We step in and work with the supplier to put it right before anything leaves the hub, whether that means rework, a replacement or a refund. Exact terms to confirm
How long is storage free?
Goods are stored free at the Shenzhen hub for 14 Days.
How is freight priced?
We quote at checkout using the weight and size measured at the hub. You see the lowest-cost suitable option first, with faster options and estimated transit times beside it.
How do I pay, and when is the supplier paid?
For sample orders under $200 you can pay by credit or debit card. For orders over $200 payment is made via direct bank transfer to our accounts in your country.
Can I use suppliers that aren't on the platform?
If you have a supplier who is not on our platform we will work with the to onboard them so that are able to offer products to be consolidates with oyuroother orders
Do you offer FBA prep, fulfilment or dropshipping?
Yes. FBA prep, ecommerce fulfilment and dropshipping are available as hub services.
